Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 10, 2026 · Last updated: September 10, 2026
KRM Concrete LLC (“KRM Concrete,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family-owned concrete contractor headquartered in Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect through krmconcretellc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short, because our data practices are simple: we collect what you send us in a bid request, and we use it to respond to you.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the bid request form on this site, we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- Your name
- Company or organization name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Project type, timeline, and the project details you describe (location, scope, square footage, and anything else you choose to include)
You may also contact us directly by email or phone, in which case we receive whatever information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. This website is hosted on Netlify. Like nearly all web hosts, Netlify's servers automatically record standard technical data when a page is requested — such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the site running.
What we do not do. We do not run advertising pixels, marketing trackers, or third-party analytics on this site. We do not use cookies to profile or track you across other websites. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or similar identifiers through this website.
2. How we use your information
- To review your bid request and prepare an estimate or proposal
- To contact you by email, phone, or text about your project and to answer your questions
- To schedule site visits, coordinate work, and manage projects we are awarded
- To keep records of bids, contracts, and completed work
- To maintain the security and integrity of our website, and to prevent spam and fraud
- To comply with legal, tax, insurance, and regulatory obligations
We do not use your information to send unrelated marketing blasts, and we do not add you to newsletters you did not ask for.
3. Text messages and phone calls
If you provide a phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry and your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us directly — we will still be able to reach you by email.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. Companies that operate our website and communications on our behalf — for example, Netlify (website hosting and form delivery) and Google (email). They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
- Project partners. When a project requires it, we may share relevant project details with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, or inspectors involved in that job.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or government request, or where necessary to protect our rights, our people, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
5. Third-party services on this site
This site loads a small number of resources from third parties, which means your browser makes a request to them when a page loads:
- Netlify — hosting and form submission handling
- Google Fonts — typefaces used on the site
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) — a JavaScript library used for a visual effect on the homepage
We also link out to our Facebook page. Once you leave our site, the privacy policy of that destination applies, not ours.
6. How long we keep information
We keep bid requests and project records for as long as needed to respond to you, perform the work, and satisfy our legal, tax, warranty, and insurance obligations — typically for the life of the project plus the period required by Colorado law and our insurers. Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted or archived.
7. Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to bid request information to the people at KRM Concrete who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Provide a copy of the information you gave us
- Stop contacting you
Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal data and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the request rights above are available to you regardless.
To make a request, email krmconcrete23@gmail.com or call (720) 725-5423. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, our practices do not change based on that signal.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, so please check back from time to time.
